Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. Confirmation of a child’s booking on a term-time course does not automatically enrol them for the whole of the academic school year, re-enrolments will be given out at the end of each term and parents/guardians will need to re-enrol each child. Spaces in each age group are limited therefore bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis.
  2. You will be notified if your booking cannot be accepted for any reason.
  3. A transaction fee of £1.00 applies to all card payments.
  4. All course fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.
  5. Cancellation by Planet Sport: Planet Sport reserves the right to cancel or postpone any session for any reason. In the event of which an alternative session will be offered in lieu or a credit note will be issued.
    Cancellation by Customer: Should a child no longer be able to participate in a Planet Sport course due to illness or injury a credit note will be issued upon receipt of GP/hospital letter confirming injury. Please Note: a £10 administration fee will apply. Credit notes will not be issued for any of the stated reasons below (a & b); unless Planet Sport re-sells the child’s place upon which we shall issue the customer with a credit note. Please Note: a £10 administration fee will apply:
    1. A change in the parents or child’s decision to take part in the course.
    2. A change in the family’s holiday schedule.
  6. All Planet Sport coaches are approved and police checked through the criminal records bureau.
  7. In respect of any reduced costs on course fees due to a sale or special offer the price will expire on the given deadline and revert to our standard course fees; it is with regret we cannot offer the reduced prices after this date.
  8. Planet Sport does not accept responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage to personal property or effects.
  9. Planet Sport will take responsibility of your child ten minutes prior to the commencement of the course. Please ensure that each participant is personally checked in and out with a Planet Sport member of staff unless prior written permission has been received by Planet Sport from the parent/guardian.
  10. Planet Sport reserves the right to exclude any child whose behaviour we deem inappropriate.
  11. On occasions, Planet Sport or their representative may take group photographs for promotional purposes only.
  12. The details provided on this booking form will be held on file for Planet Sport administration purposes only.
